Ever since I first saw Breakfast at Tiffany’s, I’ve loved the French Gamine style that Audrey Hepburn popularized. It feels playful, cute, chic, and classic. This Spring, I’m seriously loving the horizontal stripe, and my favorite way to wear it is with the Pixie Pant. These are hands-down the most comfortable pants I own; they are really tinkering on the edge of pants vs. legging. The zipper, the seams, and the straightness of the ankle create the look of pants, but they’re as comfortable as your cotton leggings. Best $88 dollars I’ve ever spent. For serious.
No jewelry. No other accessories. Just comfort and classics.

1. Post Match Top from Anthropologie 2. The Pixie Pant from J. Crew 3. The BEST leather ballet flats out there from J. Crew 4. The Emma Bag by 7 Chi, now on sale!
If I wore lipstick, I’d wear a bright red lipstick like Le Metier’s Cannes.
I haven’t really gone into what has been inspiring me in the fashion world (except this post about my new favorite pair of shoes), but I figured I’d dive in since I ramble on about my other design inspirations. What do you think? Should I keep it up? Also, are you on board with the horizontal stripe? How do you feel about French Gamine? Do you rock it? or hate it?
And PS your comments absolutely make my day, so keep ‘em coming! I’ll keep posting what y’all like reading!
